All contracts made by the Government of Nepal shall be expressed as made in the name of the Government of Nepal. Executive authority extends to making contracts.
All government contracts — construction projects, service agreements, procurement deals — must be formally made in the name of \'Government of Nepal.\' This isn\'t just bureaucracy; it means contracts are the state\'s obligation, not any individual minister\'s.
