Constitutional Council

The Constitutional Council recommends appointments to constitutional bodies (CJ, EC, CIAA, etc.). Chaired by the PM, it includes the CJ, Speaker, NA Chair, Opposition Leader, and DPM.

The Constitutional Council is the kingmaker — it recommends who leads every major constitutional body: Chief Justice, Election Commission, CIAA, AG, and others.
