Right to Food

Every citizen shall have the right to food sovereignty. The State shall make arrangements for food sovereignty as provided for in law.

Food security is a constitutional RIGHT - not charity. The state must ensure citizens are not starving. Food sovereignty means Nepal's right to define its own agricultural policies without foreign interference.
