Original Text
Every citizen shall have the right to free basic health services from the State. No one shall be deprived of emergency health services. Every citizen shall have equal access to health services.

Basic healthcare is FREE. Emergency care cannot be denied to anyone - even those who cannot pay. Hospitals cannot turn away emergency patients. Citizens have the right to be informed about their own medical treatment.
