Functions of Provincial Government

The Provincial government exercises executive power on matters within provincial jurisdiction, implements provincial laws and plans, coordinates with federal and local governments, and manages provincial public services.

What does a provincial government actually DO? It runs provincial hospitals and health posts, manages provincial roads and infrastructure, oversees provincial education, enforces provincial laws, runs provincial police, manages natural resources within the province, and coordinates with both the federal government above and local governments below.
