Every court decision shall be executed in accordance with law. The Government of Nepal shall provide the necessary means for execution of court decisions.

A court verdict is useless if nobody enforces it. This article obligates the government to enforce ALL court decisions — not just the ones it likes. If the court orders land returned, the government must execute it. If the court orders compensation paid, the government must ensure payment. Courts decide; government implements.
