One-fourth of total HoR members may table a motion of no confidence in the PM. No motion within first 2 years of PM appointment, or 1 year after failure of previous motion. Must name alternative PM.
💡 Plain Language Explanation
69 MPs (25% of 275) can demand a no-confidence vote against the PM. But: (1) Cannot do it in the first 2 years, (2) Must wait 1 year after a failed attempt, (3) Must name who would replace the PM. RSP's 182 seats makes any no-confidence vote impossible in 2082.
