Rights of Women
No discrimination shall be made against women. Women shall have equal rights in lineage, family affairs, and inheritance. Women shall have the right to safe motherhood and reproductive health. Women shall have the right to participate in all bodies of the State on the basis of proportional inclusion.
Women have equal rights in ALL areas - property inheritance, family decisions, workplace, politics. Reproductive rights (including access to safe abortion up to 12 weeks) are constitutionally protected. Women must be proportionally represented in all state bodies.
