The right to constitutional remedies is itself a fundamental right. Any person may file a petition in the Supreme Court for enforcement of fundamental rights.

This is the RIGHT TO ENFORCE ALL OTHER RIGHTS. If any of your 31 fundamental rights are violated, you can go directly to the Supreme Court. This is what makes rights real — without enforcement, rights are just words on paper.
