Every citizen shall have the right to acquire, own, sell, and dispose of property. The State shall not acquire property except for public interest and on payment of compensation.

You can own, buy, sell property freely. The government can only take your land for genuine public projects (roads, airports) - and MUST pay you fair compensation. No arbitrary seizure.
