Rights Regarding Justice
No person shall be held in custody without being informed of the grounds for such arrest. Every person has the right to legal counsel. No person shall be compelled to testify against himself. Presumed innocent until proven guilty.
When arrested: (1) Police must tell you WHY you are being arrested, (2) You have the RIGHT to a lawyer immediately, (3) You cannot be forced to confess or testify against yourself, (4) You are innocent until PROVEN guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
