Provincial Interrelation
Provinces shall maintain cooperative relations with each other and coordinate on matters of mutual interest. Disputes between provinces are resolved by the federal government or Supreme Court.
Nepal\'s 7 provinces must cooperate, not compete destructively. If Province 1 and Province 2 share a river, they must coordinate water use. If provinces disagree on boundaries or resources, the federal government mediates or the Supreme Court decides. This article prevents provincial rivalries from becoming constitutional crises.
