Provincial Legislation
The Provincial Assembly may make laws on any matter within the legislative competence of the Province as listed in Schedule 6 and Schedule 7.
Provincial assemblies can make laws on anything in their constitutional power list (Schedule 6): provincial police, agriculture, health services, provincial roads, natural resources, provincial education policy, tourism, and more. For concurrent matters (Schedule 7, shared with federal), both levels can legislate, but federal law prevails if there\'s a conflict.
प्रदेश सभाले अनुसूची ६ (प्रदेश अधिकार) र ७ (साझा अधिकार) का विषयमा कानुन बनाउन सक्छ।
Real legislative power at the provincial level — not just implementing federal directives.
In concurrent matters, federal law automatically overrides provincial law, limiting true legislative autonomy.
