The Provincial Assembly shall elect a Speaker and Deputy Speaker from among its members. They shall not belong to the same party or same gender.

Like the federal Parliament, each Provincial Assembly elects a Speaker and Deputy Speaker. The extra twist: they must be from different parties AND different genders.
