Vacancy of Provincial Chief

प्रदेश प्रमुख पद रिक्त
💡Highlight any phrase below and we'll explain what it means.
Original Text

The office of Provincial Chief becomes vacant upon resignation, removal, or death. When vacant, the President may assign another Provincial Chief to act temporarily.

💡 Plain Language Explanation

If a Governor resigns, dies, or is removed, the President assigns another province\'s Governor to cover temporarily. This ensures no province is ever without a constitutional head, even briefly. The replacement Governor handles both provinces until a new appointment is made.

🇳🇵 नेपाली व्याख्या

प्रदेश प्रमुख पद रिक्त भएमा राष्ट्रपतिले अर्को प्रदेश प्रमुखलाई कार्यवाहक तोक्न सक्छन्।

Good Aspects

Ensures constitutional continuity — no province is headless.

⚠️ Concerns

Temporary dual-province governance is an imperfect solution; the absent Governor may not understand the other province\'s context.
