Original Text

No person shall be subjected to trafficking, slavery, or bonded labour. No person shall be subjected to forced labour.

💡 Plain Language Explanation

Slavery, bonded labor, human trafficking, and forced labor are all unconstitutional. Victims can claim compensation. This targets the kamaiya/haliya bonded labor system and trafficking networks that exploit women and children.
